Panayiotis Brakoulias

Panayiotis Brakoulias is one of the most influential music producers in the modern Greek recording industry, known for shaping a sound that bridges Mediterranean musical heritage with contemporary international production.

Born and raised in Montreal, Canada, he began his musical journey at the age of six, studying the bouzouki. By the age of twelve, he was already performing professionally, developing a deep understanding of live performance, musicality, and audience connection—elements that would later define his work as a producer.

In 2004, he relocated to Athens, Greece, with a clear vision: to establish himself as a composer and music producer within a rapidly evolving industry. By 2006, he had entered the recording scene, writing, producing, and arranging his own material—laying the foundation for a distinctive sonic identity.

Since 2015, Brakoulias has focused exclusively on music production, arrangement, recording, and mixing, embracing the full creative role of a “producer” in the international sense—overseeing not just the sound, but the artistic direction, emotional impact, and commercial positioning of each record.

With over 500 productions and collaborations with more than 100 major artists, his work has played a defining role in the evolution of contemporary Greek mainstream music. More than 100 of his productions have achieved gold, platinum, and diamond status, reflecting both commercial success and cultural impact.

Beyond the studio, he has served as Musical Director for some of Greece’s most prominent artists, shaping the sound and creative direction of large-scale live productions.

Some of these artists are: Katerina Lioliou, Konstantinos Argiros, Despoina Vandi, Sakis Rouvas, Elli Kokkinou, Marinella, Giorgos Kakosaios, Anastasia, Ivi Adamou, Christos Menidiatis, Thodoris Ferris, to name a few.

He is currently the Musical Director for Natasa Theodoridou.

Brakoulias operates out of his Athens-based production facility, TRACK FACTORY MUSIC PRODUCTIONS, a hybrid studio environment that combines analog recording philosophy with high-end digital production and mixing.

His vision is clear: to create music with identity, global relevance, and lasting impact.

With deep expertise in studio recording, mixing, and modern production workflows, Panayiotis combines real-world industry knowledge with a practical, results-driven teaching approach. His goal as an instructor is to bridge the gap between theory and professional practice, preparing students for the realities of today’s music production environment.
